Mindful Movement is designed to provide you with the tools to help build and strengthen your ability to handle the mental and physical demands of your body and mind. Combining the practices of Mindful Meditation and Fascial Stretch Therapy, we restore our mind and body connection.

Through Fascial Stretch Therapy, we will help you become more flexible in your own body and be functionally mobile.  We will practice the non-judgemental observations of life with Mindful Meditation that has helped people with stress, anxiety, chronic pain and depression.

This workshop will offer the perfect yin to all of the yang in your life. Be sure to wear comfortable clothing and bring a blanket and a water bottle.
