To evolve sexually, we invite you to identify and connect with your sexual energy through acknowledging all the pieces of the puzzle: the biological, the psychological, the historical, the cultural, the spiritual and the social. Body and sex-positive education is so important, as intimacy and self love is so crucial to our overall wellness.
Gaby is an advocate for wellbeing, human evolution and transcendence. She was first trained in Counselling Psychology. She is being engaged in promoting Mental Health since 2005 when she first started working with a group of adults with different neurodevelopmental delays (where she often participated in the sexuality class). Later, she engaged in working with children in different settings: from facilitating leisure activities to run and manage programs for underprivileged kids. Afterward, she ventured in the challenging endeavour to manage the department of sex education of a Non-profit organization (NGO) and work with primarily teenagers, tapping into different sexuality topics. That´s when she re-discovered her passion and got trained as a Sex Educator. She has been fostering sexual evolution since 2010 with adolescents, women from urban and rural communities, adults and LGBTQIA+ community. During her 7+ years working as a Sex Educator she has facilitated workshops and one on one counselling sessions in a variety of settings such as NGOs, universities and other schools as well as in her private practice. She also, got her certificate as Yoga Instructor with Life Coaching strategies, another tool on her toolbox. Nowadays this is what fascinates her because she discovered another great avenue to tap into reconnection and evolution of the mind and the body.
