Jackie Mirkopoulos - Co-Founder of Evolve Holistic + Intuitive Healer + Lifestyle Guide

What does physical evolution really mean? For Jackie physical evolution includes 3 main areas. 1) Physical movement with your body, ie. Exercise and Mobility; 2) Getting varied therapeutic treatments to help your physical body ie.  Massage therapy, Fascial Stretch Therapy, Physio, etc.; 3) Physical environment, what are you exposing your body to, what products are you physically putting on your body. 

Between Jackie’s athletic career and body related education, she has a combined 25 years of experience with the physical body, including things like performance training, injuries, weight management, flexibility issues, as well as general aches and pains. She incorporates many of her movement practices into her therapeutic treatment approach, movement classes and retreats. Some of these modalities include; LifeStretch, Animal Flow and DTS Fitness Education 7 step system.

From an environmental standpoint, she made the decision back in 2014 to go as chemical free as possible in terms of her house hold and personal care products. Working together with her mom, they offer DIY workshops for personal care as well as household cleaning products.

Maddie Cristiano, a Toronto based personal trainer, group fitness instructor and nutritionist. Maddie’s dream was to build a space that reflects her vision of holistic living. After working in the health and fitness industry for 7 years, she decided to move into full on entrepreneurship and open Cristiano Health + Fitness Training Studio.

In 2013 Lilian discovered Fascial Stretch Therapy, which taught her the importance of focusing on the fascia and joint capsule as the key elements in achieving optimal flexibility, strength, performance and pain relief. Believing that treatment does not need to be painful to be effective, she focuses on relaxation treatment methods.
