Jackie’s nutritional journey has been quite the rollercoaster. Struggling with weight and eating habit issues over the years, she has pretty much tried every “diet” out there. From eat right for your blood type to calorie counting, paleo to ketogenics, intermittent fasting to constant grazing, food sensitivity cleanses and even vegetarian to vegan. This combined with her love for food has also driven her to take many food related courses (Fundamental Nutrition Paleo Project with Dr. Marc Bubbs and Raw Food Certification with Joanne Gerrard from The Healing Cuisine, to name a couple).

After all of this trial and error, gathering of information, personal experience and knowledge she strongly encourages people to stay away from pigeon holing yourself into a specific type of eating label and embrace the concept of being an Intuitarian when it comes to food.
