To evolve emotionally is to discover and bring awareness to our emotions, investigate what they are trying to communicate to us, and learn to use them as valid tools in healing and expressing our true selves.
Jackie wants us all to recognize that we have been conditioned as a society to keep the physical and the psycho-emotional separate. That being said, we are now at a time that we need to acknowledge and accept that they go hand in hand. Because of this conditioning our bodies tend to suppress and store our emotions in different areas of the body, especially digestive organs. Storing our emotions this way is a stressor on the body and can lead to dysfunction and disease. Jackie combines her Reiki and Chi Nei Tsang (Thai Abdominal Massage) practices in order to address the emotional blockages that one might be experiencing.
Emotions are real but they don’t need to define you. Contact Jackie in order to learn different ways to help, identify, express and release emotions in a healthy and positive way.
